This tangy sorrel mayonnaise will help take a seafood or meat sandwich to the next level—from deli to delicious. It takes just a few minutes to produce this flavorsome extra.
Best Foods Sorrel Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1/2 cup of diced shallots
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of champagne vinegar
1/3 cup of sugar
2 cups of chopped sorrel
2 cups of Worcestershire sauce
8 dashes of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of dried thyme
2 cups of olive oil blend
1/4 cup of grapeseed oil
Salt and black pepper

Preparation:
- Using a food processor (for enough speed), combine the mayonnaise, sugar, shallots, garlic, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and turmeric, and process until smooth.
- Slowly add in half the vinegar until it is firm, then carefully add the rest.
- Slowly add in the olive oil blend until it is fully incorporated.
- Slowly add the grapeseed oil until it is fluffy.
- Add the thyme and sorrel, then salt and black pepper to taste.
- Dish up, drip or dip and devour!
